I have to be honest, I don’t use an iPhone (yet), so, I had not even heard that the WorPress app was available, seriously, I had heard development was in progress, but, that was as far as that went, then today, I got a Tweet from WordPress (http://twitter NULL.com/wordpress) saying that beta testers were needed for version 2.6, I followed the link and read all about it, it just goes to show, if you don’t use it, you lose it!
I had been hoping that this wonder app would some day happen, and now I find out it has been around for quite some time, hmm, maybe I do need a fancy new phone that does more than go ringy dingy? I almost forgot to add this comment, back about two months ago, I finally gave in and bought the iPhone. As times change and technology moves forward at the speed of light, it is difficult to keep up, but let me tell you, before owning an iPhone, I saw no use in it. Now however, don’t even think about trying to take it away from me! I love it!
Using the WordPress App is easy, and depending on how well you can type with your thumbs, and how much you are writing, just as fast, if not faster, than using your laptop. I have used mine to write a few times, and the only problem that I have found is with the images, but I am sure that is just an experience issue, not the iPhone or the WordPress App, so, if you own an iPhone, go get the app!
